Why I Built This Site

In an era of complex financial "black boxes," I believe in the power of fixed formulas. Most financial calculators online today are cluttered with unnecessary distractions or hidden marketing agendas.

I created the Mortgage Refinance Break-Even Tool to provide homeowners in Northern Virginia (and beyond) with a fast, "zero-noise" way to see if a refinance actually makes sense. No accounts, no data-selling—just math.
